2. What Data We Collect
- Account data — name, email address and a hashed password, provided when you register an account.
- Contact data — name, email, company and message content, provided when you use the contact form.
- Technical data — session identifiers strictly necessary to keep you logged in (cookies set by our authentication system).
- Analytics data — only with your prior consent, we collect usage data (pages visited, device and browser information) through PostHog, hosted in the European Union. No analytics data is collected before you accept the cookie banner.
3. Legal Basis and Purposes
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — managing your account and responding to your enquiries.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytics measurement. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Manage cookie preferences” in the footer.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security of the service and prevention of abuse.
4. Data Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog’s configured retention period.
5. Data Processors and Transfers
We use the following processors: our hosting provider (infrastructure located in the EU) and PostHog (EU cloud, analytics — only after consent), and Resend (transactional email delivery for contact form messages). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA unless the processor provides adequate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
6. Your Rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
